What is included in the Community plan?

The Community plan includes all the core features you need to manage your space, such as space management, visitor check-in, and community features. It is perfect for getting started without any upfront cost. The only limitation is that integrations are not available.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you can get started with the Community plan without entering any credit card information. You only need to provide payment details when you upgrade to a paid plan.

What does expert support mean in the Business plan?

Our $99/mo Business plan includes up to 2 hours of dedicated expert support per month for custom assistance or troubleshooting. You'll also get priority email and chat support, plus a dedicated account manager. Additional support beyond 2 hours is available at $99/hr. Note that unused hours do not carry over to the next month.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What integrations are available?

With the Connect and Business plans, you get access to all our integrations including Stripe for payments, Xero for accounting, Slack for team communication, Google Calendar for scheduling, and many more. We're constantly adding new integrations based on customer feedback.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You can start using LiteHQ immediately after signing up, and we even offer free migration support to help you get started.
